Abigail enjoyed helping a friend celebrate his tenth birthday. He had an 'archery' party....so she got to shoot a real bow and real arrows. At first she was not too sure about it..but ended up enjoying it and said she wants to return to the range and try it again. Unfortunately, I have NO clue about how to help her. Her friend's mom was the 'pro' in the pictures. The only thing I can 'shoot' well is a camera :)

My kids enjoy archery too. I think they are afraid I will shoot them in the foot or something, so they stay out of my way when I have the arrows.
I like archery. . . it was (kinda) fun. I was afraid of having boys around with weapons, though!:) Lesson Learned: NEVER GIVE A BOY (OR GIRL SOETIMES) A WEAPON WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISERY!!!:)
